Paul Startin has been the Area Chairman for Staffordshire since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to local politics. Paul runs a consultancy business outside of politics and is an endurance sports enthusiast. He has completed two Ironman 70.3 triathlons, the London Marathon, and epic cycling challenges, including Lands End to John O'Groats and Paris to London in under 24 hours. A lover of heavy metal gigs, cricket, and triathlon, Paul embraces challenges in all areas of life—though he notes that being a Conservative Party member has sometimes been his most enduring test of resilience!
